NOTE:  All SETA registrations include a nonrefundable $150 administration fee.  Everyone registering for a SETA conference receives a complimentary SETA membership and access to the online directory, code repository, etc.  SETA will allow a transfer of registration to a replacement attendee at no cost.

• SETA Member -- Login then Go to the MY ACCOUNT tab, then select Membership / Registration
• Forgot your password?  Use the "Forgot Your Password?" at bottom of login page
• New to SETA -- Complete the SETA Membership Form -- Annual Dues is part of your SETA conference registration!
• You can check your registrations at Order History under My Account (login required)

REGISTRATION POLICIES

Qualification for the Super Early Bird Discounted Registration Fees:  To qualify, you must register online prior to August 31, 2010 at 5:00 PM Central.  Payment (in depositable funds; purchase orders do not qualify as payment in depositable funds) must be made online by credit card at the time of registration OR postmarked by August 31, 2010.  

Purchase Orders:  Purchase orders will be accepted for online registrations made by September 24, 2010; payment in depositable funds is preferred prior to the conference, but will be accepted without penalty up to 21 days after the conclusion of SETA 2010.  If you are “paying” by purchase order, please see cancellation policy.

Onsite Registration:  Onsite registrations must be paid in full at time of registration.  Onsite, SETA will accept a check, cash, or a purchase order.

Credit Card Payments:  SETA accepts credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payments online ONLY..

CANCELLATION POLICIES

SETA Minneapolis 2010 Registration:  All registrations are considered valid unless canceled.  The $150 administrative fee portion of the SETA Registration is not refundable.   If you register online and cannot attend, cancellation in writing (email, fax, mail) must be received at the SETA office by Friday, September 24, 2010, 5:00 PM Central.  SETA will NOT refund payments on cancellations after this date.  However, SETA will accept the substitution of an attendee without penalty by transferring payment to the replacement attendee.  If you are “paying” by purchase order, SETA will require payment of your registration fee if you do not attend and have not canceled your registration.  Special Note re Preconference Workshop Registration:  If you register for the preconference workshop and the conference, the workshop does NOT contain a separate administrative fee; however, if you register for ONLY the preconference workshop and cancel by the deadline, the $150 administrative fee will not be refunded.

GUEST REGISTRATION

Guests are not to attend meals, breaks, sessions, etc. at SETA conferences.  Thank you.
