RESERVATIONS: Reservations for SETA Central may
be made direct with Marriott reservations at 1-800-228-9290 or 972-661-2800. All
reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed
with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservation unless
secured by one of these methods. Deposits are refundable if reservation
cancelled by 6 PM on reservation’s date of arrival.
RESERVATION DEADLINE: Reservations must be made on or
before Friday, September 26, 2008.
Since the fall 2006, Marriott International hotels in the United States are
100 % smoke-free. This includes the Dallas-Addison Marriott
Quorum by the Galleria.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Breakfast is NOT a conference event. For
attendees booking a guest room at the Dallas-Addison Marriott Quorum by the
Galleria at the “SETA Dallas / Central Buffet Breakfast” rates, you will
indicate your room number on the restaurant charge ticket. For other
attendees either booked at the hotel but not at the conference rate, or not
staying at the conference hotel, you may purchase the buffet breakfast at
the hotel restaurant; the breakfast is currently $15 (inclusive of tax). Buffet
breakfast hours are posted on the conference schedule. Be sure to allow
adequate time to have breakfast and get to your morning session.
HOTEL INFORMATION: Self-parking is $10 for overnight guests which includes in/out privileges with your room key; for fee high
speed internet access; in-room coffee/tea, hair dryer, iron/ironing board;
indoor / outdoor pool; state-of-the-art fitness center; whirlpool; sauna;
two lighted tennis courts; basketball court; business center.
