NOTE:  All SETA registrations include a nonrefundable $95 administration fee.  Everyone registering for a SETA conference receives a complimentary SETA membership with access to the online membership directory, code repository, etc..

    • New to SETA -- Complete the SETA Membership Form -- Annual Dues is part of your SETA conference registration!
    • You can check your registrations at Order History under My Account (log in required)

REGISTRATION POLICIES:

Qualification for Early Bird Discounted Registration Fees:  Attendee must register online and postmark payment (Check, Visa, MasterCard – Depositable Funds) by Friday, August 17, 2007.  Payments dated or postmarked after this deadline are due at the regular registration fee.  Purchase orders do NOT qualify as payment for the Early Bird Discounted Registration UNLESS payment in depositable funds is postmarked by the August 17th deadline.

Regular Registration Fees:  Purchase orders will be accepted for the Regular Registration fee; payment is preferred prior to the conference, but will be accepted without penalty up to 21 days after the conclusion of SETA Indianapolis 2007.  If you are “paying” by purchase order, please see cancellation policy.

OnSite Registration:  Onsite, an attendee may register for the full conference or for Monday ONLY – Onsite registrations must be paid in full at time of registration.  Onsite, SETA will accept a check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Credit Card Payments:  SETA accepts ONLY Visa or MasterCard.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

SETA Indianapolis 2007 Registration:  All registrations are considered valid unless cancelled.  The $95 administrative fee portion of the SETA Registration is not refundable.   If you register online and cannot attend, cancellation in writing (email, fax, mail) must be received at the SETA office by Friday, September 7, 2007.  SETA will NOT refund payments on cancellations after this date.  However, SETA will accept the substitution of an attendee without penalty by transferring payment to the replacement attendee.  If you are “paying” by purchase order, SETA will require payment of your registration fee if you do not attend and have not cancelled your registration.

GUEST REGISTRATION

Guest registration for the Opening Meet 'n Greet Dinner will open in late August / early September on a space available basis.  Guests are not to attend any other meals, breaks, sessions, etc. at SETA conferences.  When guest registration opens, information regarding cost and a manual registration form will be available.  Please check back.  Thank you.
