Dear SETA Members:
The
time has come for SETA to elect two (2) new members to the SETA Board of
Directors and to approve the revised Bylaws.
For your review and ease of voting, the SETA Nominations & Elections
Committee has provided the following:
The Terms of Reference describe the qualifications and
obligations of the SETA Board Members.
The Candidate Biographies for each candidate describe their careers;
relationships to the SunGardHE products and services; and involvement with
SETA, SunGard Summit and other professional associations.
The
SETA Board of Directors has proposed revisions to the organization's
Bylaws to bring them up to date. The ballot has a place to
indicate your of acceptance of the proposed revisions; the Board
recommends a YES vote.
The ballot is available online to allow you to cast your
vote electronically. Please select a
maximum of two (2) candidates, vote on the revised Bylaws, indicate your name
and institution (required to verify your membership status), and submit your
ballot online to the SETA office by clicking the submit button. Ballots must be
submitted prior to Friday, December 5th, 2007 at 8:00 PM EST (5:00
PM Pacific) to be counted. Ballots with more than two candidates
selected will not be counted.
